The Starlab is a portable planetarium that inflates and allows students to get the experience of a planetarium without leaving their school. This is very convenient for doing multiple classes on the same day without interrupting their class schedule.
STAR LAB - There are two parts to this assembly: in the beginning, we look up into our night sky with 1000's of stars, and I point out and I explain how to find various stars and constellations, sharing stories about them while we search. Then, we look into a sky filled with Native American animal drawings on the ceiling that represent constellations, and I share several of these stories that they share with their children for 100's of years. Shows are 25 minutes and hold up to 35 students per show. I usually can fit around 420 students in one day. Star lab is 21 feet in diameter and 11 feet high, so we need a room that can fit this in. This is an assembly that students will talk about for a long time, if not a life time. Cost $950 (If booked in May cost is only $700)

Science night includes (10) Super Fun hands-on experiments where kids learn by doing. My Hands-on science encourages the students to DO something – observe, ask questions, touch, smell & learn. These experiments will allow students to do critical thinking skills that are enhanced during such science activities. Kids can ask the why, how, and what questions. Even better, they can help answer the questions themselves. A night students will be talking about for a long time. (All Experiments are Next Generation Science Standards)
Science night also has a table with Animal skulls where students can touch, pick up and examine the skulls to determine if they are carnivores or herbivores. Then they can guess what kind of animal it is. I provide all the materials for Science night and the Science behind it, but you need to supply one volunteer per table. Most High Schools students can cover this with their community service hours. Ask me how? Science night is up to 2 hours of your choice of times. Cost $575 * Note 1
